RETURN POLICY
IF GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a product deemed to be defective, please promptly contact us within 7 days with the details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will notify you if you are entitled to an exchange as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
CHANGE OF MIND?
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not refund you for your return. Instead, we will replace your item with another similarly priced item of your choosing.
For such circumstances, such returns do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the products during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
