How To Use
Use as wipe-off toner and Toner layer
Pump 1-2 pumps onto a cotton pad and gently sweep across the face. Pat gently to help absorption.
Use as Toner cotton pad
1. Pump 1-2 pumps of the Pure Cloud Bubble Toner onto a cotton pad.
2. Leave the cotton pads on area that need intensive care.
3. Remove the cotton pads after 3-5 minutes and gently pat the remaining toner with your fingertips until absorbed into the skin.
